The house-museum with. Golyam Izvor - a cultural monument of national importance. Organized exposition of the First District Center in Bulgaria. The monastery is a cultural monument of national importance. A unique object in a unique place, embraced and materialized legend and truth in the middle of the 13th century by Prince George Glozh of Kiev, who with the permission of the Bulgarian king Ivan Asen II, settled in the lands around today's village of Glozhene. Then the internal enclosures were also removed, separating the male from the female compartments. The church bells were cast in Moscow in 1875 year. These bells ring out the joy of Liberation on the 1st of November and one of them can't stand the joy and gets its crack. This is the church, in which the Apostle of Freedom Vasil Levski performs his "Worthy Eat!" through 1870 year. The iconostasis of the Assumption Church - a cultural monument of national importance, transferred to the chapel of the Church "St. All Saints" after the demolition of the first one. A precious monument, along with the stored icons, the work of various masters, in t. h. and those from Teteven, predecessors or followers of Krastjo Zograf from Teteven.
The chapel is located on Mount Ostrich. Built by Asen Svilenov Urmanov and consecrated by 2007 year. Here, lovers of landscape photography will find unique views.
The building, which houses the museum, was built for the period 1928-1932 year by the "Benkovski" Charity Committee according to the project of arch. Ivan Vasilov and arch. Dimitar Tsolov. The gallery has preserved works by the artists Vasil Gachev, Saturday Dimitrov, Margarit Tsanev, Kalin Dimitrov /Rembrandt/, Tsenna Sabova and Mihail Dimitrov. The year can be considered the beginning of the Teteven Art Gallery 1985 year and the arranged exhibition with the works donated and purchased by the Municipality by the sculptor- Vasil Gachev from Tetevo. Donations by- later the gallery also received from the heirs of Kalin Dimitrov /Rembrandt/. A new look The gallery acquired and became a kind of food court for the personalities of Teteven with the exhibition "Tetevenci" made by the artist Sabo Dimitrov. The Cell School in Golyam Izvor is also of interest – as part of the museum collection of the settlement, preserved the stages of the educational work in Golyam Izvor and part of the history of the settlement. It is located in the churchyard.

Sava Mladenov is a courier for Levski / for Botev, chetnik /one of the eleven botan chetniks - Tetevenci/. Killed in m. Kotnica of 21 June 1876 year. The monument was built by the "Benkovski" Charity Committee and solemnly consecrated by 1926 year. Through 1981 year on the initiative of the Bulgarian students, studying in Moscow, the monument has been reconstructed. Every year a commemorative rally is held at the lobby and the last moments of the hero's life are reenacted. In recent years, the initiative to hold this event was taken by the graduates of the Professional High School of Forestry and Woodworking, which of 1942 year bears the name of Sava Mladenov.

Eco paths
The starting point of the trail is the center of the city of Teteven. Length of the trail – 4 km.
The duration of the transition is approx 2 o'clock.
The transition starts from the central part of the city, continues on an asphalt road along the river. Koznitsa. You pass by a working natural laundry /tepavitsa/. After 300 m. has a source, on which a fountain is built. After 3 600 m. the route continues through rugged forest terrain. It is convenient to get here by car.
The next ones 600 m. continue along the scenic river canyon.
The first and second recreation areas are open and are on 3 400 m. and 3 600 m. from the starting point., and the third is covered, with a brick fireplace and a nearby wooden table and benches, in close proximity to the waterfall
Pass through 4 wooden bridges, after which you reach m. The butt, where the Skoka waterfall is located.

The starting point of the trail is approx 9 km. from the center of Teteven in the direction of the village. Babintsi The lowest point is at 989 m.s.l., and the highest – 1 222 m.s.v. – top. Red Elevation – 233 m.
Path length – approx 3 km.
The duration of the transition is approx 2 o'clock
The trail passes through rugged rocky terrain, meadows, natural lilac forest
In the middle of the route, in the city. The saddle is a built place for recreation - 2 gazebos and fire pit.
The final point of the route is Mt. Red – a wide plateau with sheer cliffs. At the very top there is a viewing platform, from which there is a panoramic view of the valley of the river. Beli Vit, the city of Teteven and the entire ridge of the Central Stara Planina.
Along the route, tourists can observe a variety of rare bird species, herbs and sheer rock caves, associated with many myths and legends from local folklore.

The crossing is extremely easy and pleasant - it is suitable for groups of children and older tourists.
the route passes through century-old beech trees of approx 150 Mr.
The first resting place is approx 3 km. from the starting point to a natural spring, on which a fountain is built. After approx 1,5 km. the second recreation area is reached. Roe deer can be observed here, Reindeer, foxes, wild pig and others., for feeders have been placed near by, and this place has become a natural gathering place for these wild inhabitants.
At the request of tourists, mountain survival courses can be organized, tent camps, plein airs, etc.

The lowest point is at 804 m.s.l., and the highest – 1 338 m.s.v.
Elevation - 534 m.
Path length – 6 km.
The duration of the transition is approx 5 o'clock
The eco-path leads to the National Park "Central Balkan". The route is pedestrian, circular. The route runs along the border of Tsarichina Reserve, diverges to the left and after approx 45 i. a climb through a beech forest leads to m. The elephant. There is a built looked platform in the crown of a centenarian beech.
After another hike along the forested slope, you reach a recreation area in the rocky area of Merudievi žani. After approx 1 h. comes out on a grassy dome - vr. Golyama Shalya – the highest point of the eco-path. An observation tower has been built on the top, from which a wide panorama is revealed towards the Tsarichina reserve and the main Staroplaninska ridge. From the top. Big Shawl, the route descends on a circular route and continues to the beginning of the eco-path.

The eco-path leads to Mt. Sharp. There, a small chapel "Pokrov Bogorodichen" was built right at the top. From the site near the chapel, a wonderful panoramic view of the city of Teteven and its surroundings is revealed.
The route can be done on foot, by bicycle or combined - by transport to the school in the village. Babintsi - up to here 9 km., after which it emerges into a vast meadow and follows a steep ascent to the summit.

Elevation - 759 m. /to vr. Petrahilya/ and 490 /to the "Dangerous Tooth" shelter
The duration of the transition is about 1 hour. and 30 min./ 2 h.
The eco-path starts from the central part of the city, pass by "Zdravets" street. From there you can continue straight across the steep meadow opposite the hotel entrance or continue along the asphalt road. A wooden gazebo with a brick hearth is reached and continues straight on following the red tape markings. On the way to the shelter there are pointers for turning left to the peak. Petrahilya and to the area of Ravni Kamak - red tape marking again.
The transition to the "Dangerous Tooth" is very pleasant - it goes through a beech forest, scree, and near the shelter and through a narrow stone chute, which is secured by a railing.
From the platform to the shelter, a wonderful panoramic view of the city and its surroundings is revealed.

The length of the trail is approx 3 km.
The lowest point is at 422 m.s.v. - with. Laying, and the highest – approx 1 000 m.s.v. – Glozhensky Monastery, located under the peak. Kamen Lisets – tall 1095 m.
The duration of the transition is approx 2 o'clock
The eco-path starts from the stadium in the village. Laying, you walk through a centuries-old beech forest, south of the village. Laying. In the middle of the path there is a fountain and a rest area. It continues along a steep path to the monastery. The monastery was built on a stone hill, north of the peak. Stone Leaf. Vasil Drumev's museum is located in his yard, and in one of its rooms, a hiding place of Vasil Levski has been preserved. From the terrace of the monastery there is a wonderful panoramic view of the Danube hilly plain - to the north; to the Vasiliev Mountains - to the east and to the Stara Planina - to the south.
The return to the starting point - with. Gložene is on the same path, which leads to the monastery.

Also suitable for visits by car. The route includes 3 the site - attractions of local importance:
- Cheshma Vezhnitsa – at the entrance to the town. Teteven – restoration of the corner with the fountain and creation of a recreation area opposite it with a place for temporary parking of cars;
- Architectural ensemble - a symbol of the city of Teteven – restoration of the corner with the water cascade, renovation of the fountain and creation of a recreation area for tourists;

The starting point is the bust-monument of Georgi Benkovski in the village. A fisherwoman, at the junction for the Kostina area - made as a roadside sign in the 1980s. It emphasizes the attention and points the way to the lobular place of Benkovski in the Kostina area. The biggest landmark in the area is the monument to Georgi Benkovski. A stone bridge over the Kostina River is also of interest, providing access to the other shore, on which the monument is located, and at the base of the bridge is the other landmark "Bloody Well", part of Benkowski's lobular site ensemble.
The starting point of the trail is an information board for tourists, opposite the entrance to the hotel complex "Zdravets" - town. Teteven, it passes through the historical area of Ratta; continues past Monument, connected with the burning of the city by the Kardjalians, through 1801 Mr. and the revival of Teteven, and leads to the "Adrenalin" park, which offers opportunities for adventure tourism. A wonderful panoramic view of the city of Teteven is revealed along the entire path.
The footpath should have a total length 300 meters, along which there are two picnic areas with wooden tables, benches and gazebo.
